The entrance gates to the community will go down on September 16! Make sure to exchange your Gate Cards/Key Fobs on September 14th.

The last day to exchange gatecards and purchase new Fobs will be Saturday, September 14th from 10am to 2pm.
This will take place inside of Clubehouse #1

The dumpster is permantently closed, effective September 1st 2023. Any waste is to be taken to City of Homestead, see image for more details.
Dumping outside of the dumpster is prohibited.
